Banks Construction Company has expanded its Commercial Division over the last several years. The value brought to the table of each customer served by the Commercial Division is evident in the efficiency and quality of the work performed. Typically clients are able to begin other phases of work earlier than expected, with their expectations exceeded. From projects such as super Wal-Mart shopping centers to the new parking lot at the Charleston airport, we have been able to exceed the expectations of many private customers in the Lowcountry.

Employee Spotlight

Brent Evans began working at Banks Construction as a Contract Administrator in 2000. While obtaining his MBA from Charleston Southern, he was promoted to the Commercial Division Project Manager. Involved in every aspect of a project, from contact with the potential customer to estimating/bidding the job to the final inspection, Brent brings quality and professionalism to his role within the Division.
