SCAPA Grand Champion Award

South Carolina Asphalt Pavement Association recently awarded Banks Construction Company it's "Grand Champion" award for the work completed on Ashley Phosphate Road.

The judging panel consisted of SCAPA's Executive Director, SCDOT's Bituminous Engineer, and a FHWA representative. Our project was selected to receive SCAPA's highest award over many other fine projects throughout SC. Congratulations to everyone that was involved on this award winning project.
