Dorchester County Airport

The rehabilitation of Runway 6-24 at the Dorchester County (Summerville) airport consisted of pavement rehabilitation of the 3,700 foot long runway; including crack repair, soil sterilization, single surface treatment, bituminous pavement overlay and pavement marking. Banks Construction Company was the prime contractor on this $648,000 project and completed it under budget and ahead of schedule.
