Palmetto Commerce Parkway

Phase II

This is four miles of new roadway construction, connecting Palmetto Commerce Parkway Phase 1 with Ashley Phosphate. The plans include four bridges, one of which is approximately 1000 feet, along with a constructed multi use path for bikers and pedestrians. This is the first design build road project for Charleston County, and will mirror Palmetto Commerce Parkway Phase 1 in appearance (photo of Phase 1).
