Runway 03-21

The repair and rehabilitation of Runway 03/21 at the Charleston Air Force Base is a large scale project that began in March 2009. Banks Construction Company, in a joint venture with Summers Concrete Contracting and R C Construction, partnering with Northwind, is responsible for the complete replacement of the runway from base to lighting.
