What is the role of the Logistics Division?
The goal of the Logistics Division is to align the company’s resources around each day’s schedule. We receive each crew’s daily plans and look for any potential conflicts based on the availability of our company’s resources (plant, trucking, traffic control, etc.). Our goal is to identify those conflicts and conduct conversations toward a solution.
What is a Logistics Coordinator?
This person works for the Logistics Division Manager and with three other logistics coordinators to support the operations of the company using their resource management skills.
