This August, Tack Truck Driver Anthony Ancrum celebrates 10 years in his career at Banks.

‘Anthony “Carolina” Ancrum has been a dedicated member of the Banks team for the past 10 years,  as a driver in our transportation department. He began his career with Banks as a triaxle driver and later stepped up to operate the tack truck when the need arose—demonstrating his flexibility, reliability, and team-first attitude.

Carolina is passionate about his work and consistently puts forth his best effort to support our crews and customers. Over the years, he has proven himself to be dependable and someone I can truly count on. His outspoken honesty is something I genuinely respect. Even when we don’t always see eye to eye, we’re able to have honest conversations, find common ground, and move forward. And no matter what, he always ends it with, “I got you!”

We started working at Banks around the same time, and since then, we’ve built a strong bond, one that’s only broken on Sundays during football season when my Cowboys play his Steelers!
