This year, heavy equipment operator Jason Truett celebrates 15 years.
If you step foot on a Banks job site, and the Green Crew’s paving, chances are Jason is operating the paver. A great person, a great team member, and a skilled operator, we are excited to celebrate this awesome milestone in his career.

He is the main paver operator for the green crew and also drives our crew cab, where he takes his responsibilities to heart.
