DONNIE GADSDEN – SENIOR PURCHASING COORDINATOR

“Donnie is extremely devoted, and rarely misses any time without it being planned ahead. If he is ever needed to stay late, come in on weekends, or whatever, he is always willing to do whatever is needed. He oversees all of our purchasing from direct equipment parts, field supplies, and inventory items. He has been put in a very tough position over the past year. Plus, with his position as Purchasing Coordinator. With supply chain issues, back order items, and ever rising costs, he has a very difficult task. He has to make sure we have what we need and when we need it, but also make sure our costs are being managed. As far as I know, no one has gone without. The challenges he faces daily I am sure are not recognized enough, but with all that pressure anyone that goes into his office is met with a smile and a welcoming environment.” Matt Cummings – Equipment Support Manager

“In the almost 5 years Donnie, or as I call him D-2, has taken control of being self-sufficient in organizing our inventory/stores. He does this by conducting cycle counts and insuring our available parts etc. match each other, shelf, and system. D-2 has also taken on additional tasks, like insuring we have plenty of fuel & gas for our field and operations crews.
