In the month of April, we highlighted Tack Truck Driver Timothy Small for the Core Value of Excellence.
Tim has been a part of the team for over 10 years and is known for maintaining a clean truck and keeping his equipment in great condition. He started out as a tri-axle driver before moving into operating a tack truck—and for those who may or may not know, jobs like this can be dirty. Tim has always taken pride in his work and has kept his trucks very clean. As Transportation Superintendent Angelo Todd shared, Tim showcases an excellent representation of Banks on all jobs. He sets the standard for all current and new team members.
