We’re very proud of Fleet Safety Coordinator, Charles “Rett” Harris, for receiving his Certified Safety Supervisor Certificate. With this, Rett is now trained to oversee fleet safety operations, ensure regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, and promote safe driving practices within our organization. 

Pretty soon, Rett will be transitioning into a role as a Transportation Foreman, where he will be supporting our daytime operations within the Transportation Division.

Rett being CSS certified is a great addition to the impact Rett is already making and continues to make within his role at Banks.

“In addition to our driver trainers, our Fleet Safety Coordinator, Charles “Rett” Harris, has received his certificate for successfully completing the Certified Safety Supervisor (CSS) program. The Certified Safety Supervisor training program is a nationally recognized certification conducted by the North American Transportation Management Institute and consists of 42 hours of classroom instruction followed by a final examination.
