DOUG BRILL – PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

‘Doug and I were actually hired at the same time (Class of 2002!). We both came in at basically entry level positions. Crazy how time flies, we’ve been friends for 20 years now! Doug started out on the milling machine before being promoted to a Foreman for a Grading crew. He’s now a Superintendent and leads one of our most talented and dynamic crews, “Golden Brown”. This crew typically splits up into several different crews. They handle anything from shoulder work (asphalt and dirt), driveways, pipe, milling, cleanup, or whatever we need done. They truly do it all. Doug exemplifies one of our core values, integrity – the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. If I were asked to describe Doug, that’s the word I would use, “integrity”. I’m honored to call that guy my friend.’ Johnny Leviner – Vice President of Construction
