It’s been 5 years since Ethan Dennis joined our Grading Division team back in 2021. Since then, he’s worked his way up from a Light Equipment Operator to a Heavy Equipment Operator and continued to learn all that he can during his time here.
“Ethan has been a pleasure to work with for the last 5 years. I’ve enjoyed watching him learn and move up positions in the short time that he’s been here. One thing about Ethan is that he tries to get what needs to be done from Monday through Friday because he does not like to work weekends. 🙂 Hopefully, he will be around for many more years to come, so we can watch him grow in the company!” – Grading Superintendent Adam Casselman
“Ethan’s been someone you can count on day in and day out. He works hard, helps the crew however he can, and keeps a good attitude even on the tough days. His hard work, reliability, and teamwork make a big impact on the crew and company. It’s great working with him. Congratulations on five years, and thank you for everything you do!” – Grading Foreman Wesley Warren
It’s been great to see Ethan grow at Banks so far, and look back on the projects he’s already been a big part of. Currently, he’s out on the I-26 Widening Project, where he’s worked hard alongside the I-26 team as they work toward completion this October.
We’re grateful for his hard work and for having him as a member of the team. Congratulations, Ethan Dennis, on 5 years with the company. We hope to celebrate many more with you!
