It’s been 5 years of having Gudell Singletary as a truck driver on the Banks team, and we’re excited to celebrate this milestone with him.

‘Gudell Singletary, better known as “Jay”, may even more so be known as “helper”  to others. Throughout his five-year career as a Banks Construction triaxle driver, Jay has consistently demonstrated what it means to be a true team player.

Jay has gone above and beyond to assist his fellow employees, supervisors and our customers alike. While he’s never at a loss for words, he is remarkably humble when it comes to serving others, never seeking recognition or praise for his efforts. He simply sees a need and steps in to help.

He consistently takes initiative to identify solutions to problems and follows through to ensure they are resolved. His positive attitude, dependability, and commitment to the success of the team make him a valued resource and someone others naturally look to for guidance. We are fortunate to have him on our team—a true coach on the field who leads through his actions every day.
