5 Years for Truck Driver Vanessa Grant!

‘Vanessa is truly a pleasure to work with. She is an outspoken go-getter and a dedicated team player. Long before joining Banks, Vanessa drove a tri-axle for a sub-hauler working under Banks on the night shift. During that time, whenever I was covering nights, and she was on shift, she would call out on the CB, “Alright, Angelo’s out here tonight, let’s get it together.”

Over the past five years as a Banks tri-axle driver on night shift, she has continued to bring that same positive, motivating attitude, always rallying the team and setting the tone for success. Vanessa consistently embodies the company’s CORE values and is a valued member of the Banks team.

Preparation saves lives.

After completing emergency response training in 2025, members of our Equipment Division recently volunteered to put their skills into practice during a simulated accident scene.

Since then, even more crews have participated, building confidence and readiness if an incident were to occur.

Shoutout to Nurse Stephanie Brooks, Site Safety Coordinator Matt McGonigal, Stacey Southerland with Crisis Care International, Nate, Evan, and Josh from the shop, and the Blue Crew for an impactful morning.

As we begin 2026, we share a prayer for another great year, for continued success for our team, those we work alongside, and most importantly, for their safety.

2025 was full of meaningful milestones. Here are just a few:

▪️The successful completion of the Walterboro Plant.

▪️Completion of our shop to better support multiple divisions and our shop team as they work diligently to support our field crews.

▪️Early completion of highly anticipated projects in the Lowcountry, including Berlin G. Myers and Palmetto Commerce Interchange.

▪️Celebrating a very special team member as he began his retirement.

We look back on 2025 with gratitude and are thankful to begin another blessed year with this Banks team.
