This November VP of Estimating Nima Moghadam celebrates 15 years with us. A great team member and friend to many, we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate this milestone with you.

“My relationship with Nima at Banks Construction can be traced back to my first days at the company. In the summer of 2013 while I was still an undergraduate at Clemson, I served as an intern under Nima in the Project Management group. That summer Nima guided me through all the different aspects of Banks Construction, and showed me what a career here would look like if I joined the team. He showed me how he led with a personal approach to the job.  He was able to accomplish his goals by developing lasting relationships with coworkers and industry partners. This continued once I returned the following year and joined the PM group full time. We quickly became good friends outside of work. We were all thrilled to have him return to Banks after he served at the City of North Charleston. When the opportunity came for me to join the estimating team and work directly under Nima’s leadership I jumped at the chance. I have thoroughly enjoyed working for Nima ever since. Happy 15 years, Nima. We can’t wait for many more years ahead. Thank you for your leadership, guidance and being you. You not only have created something special within the Estimating Group but also make an effort to get to know those around you and throughout the company as well.
