Kicking off the new year of 2026 with a special anniversary highlight!

Plant Foreman Preston White celebrates 15 years on the Banks Construction team.

Plant Superintendent Carlos Serrano shares, “Over the past few years, Preston has taught me an incredible amount about asphalt plant operations. One of his strongest qualities is his honesty. He is always straightforward and unafraid to share his opinion, regardless of the situation. That is something I greatly respect. Preston is, without question, the most knowledgeable individual when it comes to operating an asphalt plant and producing quality asphalt at Banks Construction. I look forward to continuing to work alongside him for many years. He is someone I know I can rely on no matter what. Thank you for all you have contributed to Banks Construction.”

We are extremely lucky to have Preston on our Plant Division team, and we thank him for 15 years of great service and contributions to the team and the work we do.
