In the month of March, Reshard Gadsden celebrated 15 years in his career at Banks.

An operator within our paving division, Reshard is known as someone who brings positivity and teamwork to his team. Every crew benefits from someone who shows up ready to work and support the team, and Reese does exactly that. He’s a great addition to the Banks night shift team, and we are grateful for the effort he puts in as we continue to build roads for our community.
