This year, Rodney Chaplin celebrates 10 years on the team.

Rodney started his career at Banks within our paving division, where he spent 8 years growing his skills. From there, he transitioned over to Training & Development, where he shared his equipment operating skills with more of the team.

Last year, he was promoted to Foreman of the Green Crew, where he continues to share his knowledge and lead.
