Last week, Banks Team Member Shawnee Arnold attended a hands-on paving operations training hosted in Clayton, NC.
Shawnee was 1 of 12 WOA members selected to experience this training through Women of Asphalt in partnership with Caterpillar.
Shawnee shared, “Overall, I am extremely grateful for the opportunity and thankful for the support from not only Women of Asphalt, but also SCAPA, and Banks. It was a once in a life time training and I’m excited to see what my future holds with this additional knowledge I have obtained. I met some amazing people, some inspiring women, some incredible trainers, and if given the chance to do it again, I would in a heartbeat! I learned something from every person I met.”
