Wesley Warren – Grading Foreman

Wesley has been a part of Team Banks for over a year and half, and respected greatly by his peers. You can find him somewhere on the I26 / SC 27 Project working on whatever tasks are in need of work.

Here’s what some of his team had to share about the kind of person and team player he is:

“Wesley is a do whatever it takes to get the job done kind of guy. When given extreme tasks, he takes them on with grace. He is always willing to help when he can, and a big reason why we are progressing in getting the I-26 job complete.” Grading Foreman Chris Conner

“Wesley has been a great asset to our crew in the little while that he’s been here. He shows up to work everyday with a good attitude, works hard, and is willing to do whatever we ask him to. Wesley exemplifies all of our core values and does a great job leading by example.” Grading Project Superintendent Adam Casselman

“Wesley is an exemplary employee who takes any task assigned to him without complaint. He has been instrumental in leading the erosion and traffic control efforts on I-26. He is always the first on site and one of the last to leave and it has been a privilege to work with him. He recently stepped up to help pave and is a quick learner. He can do almost anything from installing storm drain, building boxes, grading, and now paving. Thank you for all you do!” Grading Division Manager Charlie Dennis
