We want to wish Junior Drayton a big happy anniversary, as this July marks 20 years of having such a special team member on our team.
“Junior has been a teacher to everybody in this shop at some point. When I first met Junior, I couldn’t tell you what a paver was or what it does. Proud to say he has taught myself and others everything we know about these machines. Turns out he is just as good with a tack truck as well! Junior displays exactly what our core values are every day he comes to work. Junior started out as a paver mechanic and believes that every day is a constant learning process as equipment continues to advance. He works on whatever comes through those shop doors. To him, he’s just having fun doing what he loves, and it shows. We’ve learned a great deal from Junior over the years and are so thankful for his hard work.
