Our team is proud to announce that Shawnee Arnold has been promoted from Equipment Operator to Lead Person. In this new role, Shawnee will be the lead operator on her crew within the Grading Division.
Shawnee has been a go-getter team member at Banks since 2024 and, through hard work and an eagerness to continue learning, has continued to grow her skills on the team. Shawnee is proud of what she does, exemplifies the passion she has for this industry, and holds herself to the highest standard in everything she does.
She was recently part of the team that worked on the 2025 Berlin G. Myers Parkway completion. Currently, you can find her operating a dozer on the Archer, United, Banks Joint Venture Main Road Segment A Project in Charleston County.
