In February Paving Division Foreman Justin Craven highlighted Catrell Douglas on behalf of the Red Crew for a Core Value Spotlight.

Nominated for all 4 Core Values: Safety, Integrity, Team, and Excellence. Catrell is a team member who sets a good example for all the guys on the Crew.
