Congratulations to Charles “Rett” Harris on his promotion from Fleet Safety Coordinator to Transportation Foreman!

“It gives me great honor to announce Charles “Rett” Harris’s promotion to Transportation Foreman.

Rett has been a dedicated employee since beginning his career with Banks Construction more than eight years ago. From his time as a driver, he quickly established himself as a leader, earning the opportunity to become a Driver Trainer and, over time, evolving into a trainer of trainers.

Rett is passionate about safety and has been instrumental in improving Samsara safety scores companywide through coaching, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting training sessions, and serving as a valuable resource to both the Transportation Department and the company as a whole.

Rett recently earned the Certified Safety Supervisor (CSS) certification, demonstrating his knowledge and commitment to overseeing fleet safety operations and promoting safe driving practices. This accomplishment is just one example of his ambition to continuously improve himself while helping others grow and succeed.
