Congratulations to Project Manager Charles Aimar on completing the 2025-2026 SCAPA Emerging Leaders Institute. Charles has been on the team for 4 years and has quickly grown from a Project Engineer to a Project Manager.
The SCAPA Emerging Leaders Institute is an eight-session program designed to develop the next generation of leaders in the asphalt pavement industry. Participants strengthen their leadership, communication, and business skills while building relationships with industry leaders and preparing to take on greater leadership roles within their organizations and the industry.
Charles, along with a great group of emerging leaders from across our industry, recently graduated from this program as the second cohort at the 2026 SCAPA Summer Conference. We wish all the graduates success as they continue to grow within their organizations. Great job, Charles!
