This month (November 2022) our team completed the paving of SMA on the I26 Emergency Repair Project.
This Project has created a lot of challenges throughout for this team, as SMA is a new type of mix for SC that includes some ingredients not typically used in our other mixes.
As we highlight the team that has been producing the asphalt for the interstate over the last several months, we hope that it gives some insight into the challenges this team faces and their ability to overcome them. Banks is lucky to have such a great team day and night!
